10/27/2005: "Today and then tomorrow"

So Today will also be tomorrows blog as I will not be in town to write. I am on my way to Vegas to watch Dave Mathews and Tim Reynolds play. I got a last minute ticket from a buddy of mine so we're going vegas baby! yeah!

Tonight I am hosting the early show at the Hollywood Improv. Should be fun and I hope there is a good crowd. You never know with Thursdays. I have new material I have to try out so I'm hoping all goes well. I now have a bonafied movie to list in my introduction credits, "You've seen him in blah blah blah, it's Dave Hanson!" and what not. Should be exciting.

I really have nothing to write about. Check out the warcry.com website to read Chris Folino's interview about Gamers. And keep praying that we get into Sundance and all the other festivals. Today I played basketball and realized that in some ways I am a lot different from the character Reese and in some ways I am similair. I don't think the character Reese can dunk a basketball and neither can Dave Hanson as it turns out. I don't have sick hops though Reese could create a character with sick hops. Trouble is Kevin would kill her off pretty quickly.

So I will do one more Blog for Saturday. I would like to thank Chris Folino for the oppertunity to blog on the website and I would like to personally thank him for destroying the future marriage of Meradith Zealy and myself. Thanks Chris. I owe you.
